The presentation of offers on the website does not constitute a binding contractual offer. A contract is concluded when an order or booking is completed and confirmed by ReCity or through the checkout.

12. Liability
ReCity is liable in accordance with statutory provisions for intent and gross negligence. In cases of simple negligence, ReCity is liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Final Provisions
German law applies, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions provide otherwise. The contract language is German.
